Composed of two buildings on the same site, housing 33 and 26 apartments, Edgewater is one of the largest projects we have worked on. Aimed at different sectors of the market, the client required us to maintain a consistent and high level of build quality and finish across the two buildings while still appealing to their respective buyers.
